Hi. My name is Staci. I teach third grade at Holy Spirit School in Kimberly. I have a husband, two children (ages 7 and 5), and a goldendoodle named George. My children and students are a big source of humor for me. They say such honest, but yet hilarious, things. I also love golfing, which is usually a source of humor for those I'm with!!
Hi. I'm Isolde. I teach German and ESL at Memorial High in Madison. I have one husband, one daughter(6) and two sons(3). Our Labrador(14) passed away in October. My children, colleagues and students keep me laughing.
Hello "Bam!" Friends. I'm Nancy, a former full time teacher (18 years in Illinois teaching kindergarten-lots of laughter there). Now, due to a move, I am substitute teaching in Williams Bay, WI at the elementary school and enjoying that new teaching adventure. My husband and I have two daughters (21 & 11) two cats, and one pound puppy, Roxi, who looks like a goofy side kick in a Disney movie. I'm looking forward to this online class because I have always valued "having fun" in my personal life as well as in my professional life. I truly believe that laughter is a key component for good mental health!
Hello! I'm Leanne. I teach Music (K-5) at Stoner Prairie Elementary in the Verona Area School District, right outside of Madison. I'm a dog person too! My Yorkie gives me both laughter (she is hilarious) and joy. I also love to read and to spend time in my garden. It's just a little too cold to garden today!!
Hi. My name is Patty and I am a K-5 Library Media Specialist at Edgerton Community Elementary School. I, too, have one husband, who is hilarious, and a son and daughter both of whom have his funny gene. We also have a wonderful black lab who is a constant delight. She actually has facial expressions that always amaze us. I love to golf, garden, and quilt which takes up much of my spare time. I find elementary age children delightful and exasperating at times, but, yes they do say and do the darnedest things!
Hello. My name is Dave. I teach algebra at PJ Jacobs Junior High in Stevens Point. I am married with no kids. We have a 15 year old lab mix. My hobbies are woodworking (my wife and I built our house) and playing drums for a rock band. My students definately bring humor into my life.
